Mr. Snook has over 25 years of experience and education in market research, real estate, financial analysis, equipment finance and lending. He has an extensive background in hospitality related businesses including timeshare, resort and golf as well as operational improvement methodology. While largely U.S. focused, he has also been involved in a number of international transactions.
Mr. Snook holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of London, England and a Master’s degree in Geography from Oklahoma State and has also taken advanced graduate studies at the University of Florida. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has also presented at numerous professional seminars and conference events.
Mr. Lea has over 25 years of professional experience and education in banking, investment management, financial analysis, commercial lending, debt structuring, real estate, and financial restructuring and workouts including eleven years in various senior positions with First Florida Bank and Textron Financial Corporation. During that time he also served in roles as a credit analyst, commercial real estate appraiser, commercial lender, senior underwriting manager, workout officer and commercial credit officer.
Mr. Lea has been designated as one of only approximately 1,000 Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor's in the United States by the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. He is routinely called upon to form expert opinions and testify in complex financial matters involving feasibility, interest rates, real estate and solvency related matters.
Mr. Lea holds an Bachelor's degree in Business Management and an MBA from Florida State University and an additional Masters degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Turnaround Management Association, and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
Mr. Jones has over twenty five years of experience and education in environmental analysis, assessment and site remediation. His main focus has been on the technical performance of environmental projects associated with the evaluation of commercial real estate.
Mr. Jones has provided both technical and administrative management of projects which includes scoping work, estimating budgets, staffing, negotiating scope of work with regulatory agencies, negotiating scope and budget with clients, managing projects within approved scope, schedule, budget and negotiating change orders. In addition, Mr. Jones has served as CEO for several environmental consulting and litigation support firms.
Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Florida State University. He is a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) and a Registered Environmental Manager (REM).
James P. McGowan has over 20 years of experience in land development and land acquisition including project management, financing and sales of residential and commercial developments, pursuing and evaluating new land opportunities and starting new business ventures and land acquisition for development companies.
He has an extensive background in financial management, land sales, and new business development.
Mr. McGowan graduated holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Babson College in Massachusetts. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and an instructor for the Urban Land Institute.
Mr. O’Donnell has over 30 years of professional experience and education in financial analysis and real estate development, operations and accounting. He has significant experience in commercial and residential land development, as well as hotel, country club and marina management, operations and accounting. His experience also includes management responsibility for company operations and reporting while under bankruptcy court supervision.
Mr. O’Donnell holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University in Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesman in Florida and holds a (inactive) Florida General Contractors license.
Mr. McCullough has over 35 years of banking, commercial finance, and equipment leasing experience and education. He has held several senior management positions including 18 years at Textron Financial Corporation where he retired as a Group Senior Vice President of Operations in 2000. At Textron he provided management oversight for its multi-billion dollar investment in aircraft, helicopter, equipment financing and retail dealer inventory, and Textron’s manufactured products. He was also active in Textron’s golf course mortgage, time-share finance, commercial finance and asset-based lending divisions.
Mr. McCullough holds a Bachelor's degree from Brown University and holds an MBA from Georgia College and State University. He was certified as an investment management consultant in 2001. He was an active duty Captain in the USAF and is a Major in the inactive reserve.
